“I’m in my late forties, have a very active 10 year old son and a demanding job. I knew it was important to spend the time and energy to take care of myself so that I could take care of all my responsibilities, but all those pulls on me made it easy to ignore the extra pounds and daily aches, pains and fatigue that pile up when you are trying to do too much. I decided I would give myself the gift of learning how to stay healthy and strong. I’m plenty vain and no small part of the decision was the goal to stay as youthful and attractive as possible…as long as it didn’t take too much time.
